  • My event is outside of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, can we still have you at our event?

    The cost will vary based on distance, but we can travel to anywhere on planet earth for you.

  • How long should I allow for set up and tear down?

    It takes about 45 minutes to set up The Range, and 45 minutes to tear it down. 

  • Do I need my own golf clubs and balls?

    We provide everything, including golf clubs and balls, unless you’d like to use your own.

  • Can my event be outside?

    We can use our setups indoor or outdoor.

  • How large of a space do I need for The Range?

    We can fit in nearly any space. Our indoor bay is 9'6" H x 10' W x 10' D. Our outdoor bay is 24' L x 16' W x 12' H and is weatherproof! We can meet the need and space for any event type. 

  • How do I reserve The Range?

  • How long does it take to play a round of golf using The Range?

    2 people can play 18 holes in less than 1.5 hrs. 4 people can play 18 holes in less than 3 hrs. If you putt it will take a little longer.

  • Do I get my deposit back if I cancel?

    For local events within a 40mi radius from our Richardson TX office, full deposit refunds are available up until 12hrs before the event start time. For any distance event outside of the 40mi radius, the total event invoice balance(the deposit, as well as the remaining 2nd half portion) will be charged if cancellation occurs for any reason after we depart our office for the event. Once any event has started, the remaining 2nd half portion payment will also be charged even if the event is canceled for any reason.
